New Look!
New enhanced security measures
- To provide enhanced security, we ask our customers to enter their login and passwords on separate pages.
- The first time you login you will be asked to set up answers to security questions, choose a security picture and a security phrase. This is an anti-phishing measure, designed to give you confidence that you are actually dealing with YNCU online banking.
NOTE: If you chose to Remember Settings on your computer, you will be directed to your portfolio page and will not be prompted for your security question.

New Messaging Feature
You can now receive and reply to announcements and messages. When you log on to your Portfolio, check the announcements centre.
Apply for Online banking
To protect your privacy and security we require appropriate identification and a signed on-line banking user agreement. To register, please visit or call your local branch.
Online Banking Features:
- View your entire banking portfolio including your individual and joint accounts, investments and credit products
- Transfer money between your accounts, including recurring and post-dated transfers
- Make bill payments from a list of hundreds of companies. You can set up recurring or post-dated bill payments for worry-free automatic payment
- Review activity on your chequing, savings and line of credit accounts, retroactive to January 1 of the previous year
- View pending and historical payments or cancel postdated or recurring payments
- Review activity on your investment accounts retroactive to January 1 two years prior
- Download your account activity to Quicken or Microsoft Money
- Make a contribution to your RRSP
- Personalize your account names
- Personalize your vendors and select up to 5 bills to be paid from different accounts all on one page
- Popup calendars make it easy to pick the right date
- Funds can be transferred immediately to another YNCU member (ask your branch for assistance to add the account)
- Download your transactions to QuickBooks and Simply Accounting as well as Quicken and MS Money or a CSV file
- Sort your transactions by date, description and balance.
